Step 1 - Inquiry
Visit our website and choose items you interest in and send us a email to lovelycraft888@gmail.com together with the item codes and quantities

Step 2 - POSTAGE
You shall receive a reply from us to confirm on the item availability. Delivery mode is Registered Post.
Step 3 - Payment
Bank in payment to the our Maybank account which will be provided in confirmation email within 2 days. After payment has been done, please inform us via email or SMS with transaction date and amount of payment.
Step 4 - Delivery
Items will be sent out on the next day once payment has been received (2 days grace period for packing). We will make sure all items are brand new and in perfect condition before delivery is made.
